Massive Attack is a British musical group formed in 1988, from Bristol, a precursor of trip hop music. It originally consists of 3D, Tricky, Daddy G and Mushroom. The group's style is constantly evolving: at the beginning close to hip-hop, groove, even soul, it subsequently approaches electronic music, and a more electric sound at the end of the 1990s. Each album is enriched through numerous collaborations and the systematic participation of Horace Andy.
