This month Spotlight goes out west to Brest, and shows you a few of the highlights this 'off the tourist' city has to offer. We go windsurfing with the Crocodile de l'Orne, speak to the artist who is responsible for the wonderful art which enhances many a building across the city, and talk to the president of Brest 44, an organisation which is determined not to forget the sacrifices that were made by so many during WW2.
