As any decent astrologer will tell you, March is in the domain of Pisces : with a bit of Aries thrown in at the end. So, fittingly, we devote most of this month's programme to things piscine. Helene interviews Patrick le Mao about his work in the bay of St Brieuc. Elaine meets the proprietor of the L'Auberge Grande Maison in Mur de Bretagne, a restaurant which uses the produce of the Bay, where we send Rob to interview Christian Aillet, one of the more experienced marins :pêcheurs. We end with Maggie Campbell Culver continuing her series on flora with a Chinese origin.
