A warm winter's welcome awaits you this month as the Spotlight team present an enjoyable variety of items in this December's broadcast. We update you on the plans to mine for minerals and precious metals in Brittany, we set off for India and then back home again to hear all about the trouble that the Nantes-Brest Canal is in.
